OMP(Misc.)(Comm.) 215/2018 This petition has been jointly filed by the parties to the arbitration proceedings being conducted by the Sole Arbitrator adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Work Order dated 20th March, 2009, seeking extension of time for making of the Award.

Having perused the contents of the petition, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 21st December, 2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
