Pursuant to order dated 24th March, 2026, counsel for claimants has filed a chart of the legal heirs of Ms. Swarn Kaur, wife of late Shri Jaswant Singh, who was one of the original claimants and has since passed away. She is survived by daughter - Ms. Renu Batra, son - Mr. Diljeet Singh Saluja, daughter - Ms. Kiran Tripathi and grandson - Mr. Milind Bharti, as per the chart which has been extracted as under: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Grandson 2.

Mr. Milind Bharti, being the grandson and the son of deceased was already arrayed as a respondent/claimant. Mr. Diljeet Singh Saluja, Ms. Renu Batra and Ms. Kiran Tripathi are present before the Court, through VC, duly identified by their counsel, have given their no objection certificates through affidavits, stating that the compensation apportioned to Ms. Swarn Kaur be distributed to Ms. Sushiti Bharti, widow of the deceased/Ravi Bharti and Mr. Milind Bharti, son of deceased/Ravi Bharti. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In this view of the matter, it is directed that the compensation which has been apportioned in favour of Ms. Swarn Kaur will be equally apportioned to Ms. Sushiti Bharti and Mr. Milind Bharti, respondent no. 1 and respondent no. 2 in MAC.APP. 1128/2014 and appellants in MAC.APP. 731/2015.

It has been informed that the Insurance Company has not deposited the enhanced compensation. Same may be deposited within a period of four weeks before Registrar General of this Court. 5.

Ms. Sushiti Bharti is present in Court and has made a request through her counsel that the balance amount of compensation which is due to them, pursuant to order dated 24th March 2026 and directions passed today be released to them in lumpsum after liquidating the requisite number of FDRs. 6.

Ms. Bharti is a school teacher at Ryan International School and states that she is retiring soon and would therefore, require the amount for her livelihood.

Accordingly, full amount of compensation, after deposit will be released by the Registrar General of this Court to Ms. Sushiti Bharti and Mr. Milind Bharti, as per the apportionment directions given above. 8.

Statutory deposit be released to the Insurance Company, only after the deposit of enhanced amount.

In view of above directions, both the appeals are disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 10.
