% 27.11.2017 The parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 27.04.2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 27.04.2017, an amount of Rs.36,52,982/- has been paid to the petitioner. Photocopy of TDS challans receipt, which have been deposited by the respondent, have also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the entire claim of the petitioner stands satisfied. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
