The counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had preferred FAO(OS) no.324/2016 against the order dated 29th September, 2016 in this petition and in which the parties were referred to the Mediation Cell of this Court; that mediation was successful and a Settlement Agreement dated 18th September, 2017 was drawn up between the petitioner and the respondents and the Division Bench, vide order dated 27th October, 2017 in FAO(OS) no.324/2016 has disposed of the appeal in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 18th September, 2017.

The order of the Division Bench being in appeal arising from this petition, this petition is deemed to have been disposed of in terms of the order aforesaid.
