% 19.09.2017 This is an application under Section 439 (2) Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by this Court vide order dated 10th December, 2015 granted to the respondent No.2, Mr.Ajit Singh Mann.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent No.2 has not complied with the order dated 10th December, 2015 passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 1873/2015 and submits that the bail granted to the respondent No.2 be cancelled.

Counsel for the respondent No.2 admits that total compliance of order dated 10th December, 2015 could not be made.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties,

the order dated 10th December, 2015 passed by this Court in BAIL APPLN. 1873/2015 stands vacated.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given dasti.
