W.P.(C) 9399/2018 This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the only relief sought by him is a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal to expedite the final hearing and decide the matter which pertains to the year 2016 on the ground that the petitioner was dismissed from service and he has no means to survive. Notice. Counsel for the respondents accepts notice. Heard.
In case the petitioner makes an application for early hearing before the Tribunal, the Central Administrative Tribunal would consider the same
sympathetically and grant an early hearing and an actual date for hearing will be fixed.
