% 25.05.2016 The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 401 Cr.P.C. against the impugned order dated 01.12.2014 vide which the Trial Court has granted interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month in favour of respondent No.1 till disposal of the petition pending before it. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has already paid the maintenance before the Trial Court and thus does not wish to press the present petition. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner seeks expeditious

final disposal of the application filed by the petitioner before the Trial Court under Section 126 (2) Cr.P.C.

In the given facts and circumstances, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the Trial Court is directed to expedite the decision on the application filed by the petitioner under Section 126

(2) Cr.P.C.
