% 06.01.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition and states that he would file a fresh writ petition enclosing relevant papers on record, which include order dated 29th July, 2005 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 2575/2002, Fatesh Singh Yadav and Others versus Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Others and order dated 17th August, 2007 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 5804/2007, Delhi Nagar Nigam Sarva Karamchari Bhartiya Lokhit Morcha versus MCD (sic) Group D Employees (Graduate and B.ED.) of Education versus MCD. In view of the statement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
