Transfer, invoking Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is sought of CS DJ/0210742/2016 (earlier CS(OS) No.808/2008) and CS DJ/0210744/2016 (earlier CS(OS) No.378/2009). 2.

Notice of this transfer petition was ordered to be issued and the counsel for the respondent No.1 appears. None appears for the respondents No.2 to 4 despite service.

The counsel for the petitioner is totally unprepared and has also not filed any pleadings in the pending suits of which transfer is sought, wherefrom the nature thereof can be gauged. So much so, even the particulars of the Court where the suits are pending are not available and have also not been pleaded.

The petition is rejected.

If the petitioner files another transfer petition, the same would be allowed on the condition of the petitioner therewith filing a copy of the present petition and a copy of this order in this petition. I am refraining from imposing costs.
