O R D E R

% 05.02.2019 Vide these present petitions, the petitioners have sought direction thereby directing the respondents to grant Selection Grade scale to the petitioner from due date i.e. 01.12.1994. They further seek direction against the respondent no.3 to quash the communication dated 18.02.2016 and direct it to grant Selection Grade scale to the petitioner from due date i.e. 01.12.1994.

Admittedly the similar issue came before this court in W.P.(C) No.7009/2016 and the same has been decided on 12.04.2018 whereby the petition of the petitioner therein has been dismissed. Counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the order dated 12.04.2018 passed in W.P.(C) 7009/2016 he filed LPA which was disposed of with liberty to file a review petition before the writ court. Accordingly, he has filed review petition which is pending under objection and not finally adjudicated.

To await the decision of the review petition, renotify on 08th July, 2019.

As stated by counsel for the respondents, the officers from Calcutta office are present with record.

Accordingly, I hereby give liberty to the counsel for the petitioner to inspect the record in the Court. The appearance of the officers are dispensed with till further orders. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J FEBRUARY 05, 2019/ab
