This is a petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking assistance of the Court in summoning of the witnesses.

By order dated 13.05.2017, the Arbitrator has consented to the request of the petitioner/claimant to seek assistance of the Court for summoning of the three witnesses.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed. 4.

Summons to appear as witnesses shall be issued to the three witnesses i.e. Mr. Jagdish Chander, Mr. S.M. Mehta and Mr. S.K. Saxena to appear before the Arbitrator at Neeti Bagh Club, New Delhi on 18th & 19th September, 2017 at 2 PM. The petitioner shall ensure service of the summons on the said witnesses. 5.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
