W.P.(C) 8743/2016 With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties the petition is taken up for disposal. By order dated 05.08.2016 this Court in C.W.(C) 626/2016 has directed the respondent to accord a personal hearing to the petitioner.
The said hearing has not been accorded, therefore, the order dated 05.08.2016, which is stated to have been passed is in breach of the Court's order, it is accordingly set aside.
The parties shall be given a personal hearing on 19.10.2016 at 3:00 PM by the Director of Education, GNCTD, who after hearing the parties and after considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2016 which is part of this writ petition, shall pass a reasoned order. If there has been any disruption in payment of suspension allowance
to the petitioner, it shall be remedied and suspension allowance shall continue to be paid to her till such time that a final order is passed by the respondents. It shall be the respondents'endeavour to dispose off the petitioner's representation as early as possible. The petition and pending applications are disposed off in the above terms.
