Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has obtained instructions from the Department to the effect that there is no Child Care Leave available for the male officers in the Indian Air Force. 2.

On enquiring from learned counsel for the petitioner as to what is the age of the petitioner's children, he states that the elder son is 7 year old and the younger is one year old. The petitioner's wife is stated to be working with State Bank of India, Nasik Branch.

We are informed that the respondents have already agreed to post the petitioner at Nasik in October, 2019 on co-location grounds. Now for the petitioner to demand that he be re-located right away, is not found to be viable as the respondents have to work out the postings as per their administrative exigencies.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition, but reserves the right of the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents for being attached at Nasik, on compassionate grounds.

As and when such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondents in accordance with law, under written intimation to him.

The petition is disposed of.
