% 28.05.2015 Present FIR was registered under Section 63 of The Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Sections 103/104 of The Trade Marks Act, 1999 pursuant to the directions of Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi passed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., on the complaint of Mr. Rajesh Mishra, who is Authorised Representative of the respondent nos. 2 and 3. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 have alleged in the FIR that certain persons were infringing their copyright and trade mark. During the investigation, it surfaced that petitioners besides M/s Royal Sons and M/s Manu Bhatia were infringing the copyright and trade mark.

Now, respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled the matter with the petitioners on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Deed dated 19th May, 2015, photocopy whereof has been placed on record. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 have no objection in case the FIR is quashed qua the petitioners, in view of the settlement arrived at between them. Keeping in mind that petitioners and respondent nos.2 and 3 have settled their disputes, inasmuch as, settled amount has been paid by the petitioners, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 36/15 under Section 63 of The Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Sections 103/104 of The Trade Marks Act, 1999 registered at police station Economic Offence Wing and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioners.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
