O R D E R

% 28.05.2015 Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on the instructions of SI Kishan Kumar of police station Nand Nagri, submits that petitioner is wife of one Neeraj who has been arrested in a murder case of Satpal @ Kale in FIR No. 328/15 under Section 302 IPC registered at police station Nand Nagri. Since family of deceased-Satpal @ Kale is living in the same gali where the petitioner is residing, petitioner along with her family out of fear has abandoned their house. She further submits that if petitioner intends to come back to live in the house, adequate security would be ensured through the beat staff depending upon the extent of threat perception. In view of this statement, present writ petition has not been pressed and the same is

disposed of accordingly.
