% 24.10.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after resolving their differences, petitioner and complainant have started living together. Complainant-Khardija Hasan is present in Court and has been identified by SI C.P. Singh of police station Jamia Nagar. She submits that she is living with the petitioner after resolving their temperamental differences. Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO

concerned.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
