The petitioner has not entered appearance in this writ petition since 26.02.2020.

By order dated 21.04.2025, Court notice was issued to him as well as his counsel. It was made clear that if the petitioner was unrepresented despite notice, it would be presumed that he was not interested in prosecuting this petition further.

By order dated 21.05.2025, it was noted that Court notice had returned unserved qua learned counsel for the petitioner, but service upon the petitioner was awaited.

The Registry now reports that service of Court notice upon the petitioner could also not be effected as the address was incomplete. 5.
