% 26.05.2015 Seema has appeared in person along with her father Kare Singh.

Ms. Ashwarya Rao, advocate from Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, who is present in court, was asked to speak to Seema in the chamber. Later on, we joined them and Kare Singh and the petitioner Ramvir was also called in the chamber. Mr. Shashi, Advocate for Kare Singh was also called in the chamber. Parties have interacted with each other.

Seema has stated that she is married and wants to live and reside with her husband Ramvir. She is at liberty to do so. We note that Seema is about 23 years of age and is a graduate. Ramvir is also a graduate and is working. Seema states that she wants to remain in

touch with her family.

The writ petition and all the pending applications are disposed of.

Copy of the order will be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master to counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the respondent.
