% 19.09.2018 EX.P. 473/2014 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has been ordered to proceed for liquidation and a Resolution Professional has been appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, New Delhi.
In view of the above statement, the petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to make all its claims before the Resolution Professional. EX.APPL(OS) 596/2015, 884/2015, 918/2015, 945/2015, 13/2016, 69/2018 As the petition itself has been dismissed the applications have become infructuous and are dismissed as such.
Crl.M.A.13092/2015 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the affidavit in
question was filed due to some misunderstanding of the order. However, without prejudice to this contention, he submits that Ms. Abhilasha Aggarwal who is present in person shall pay a sum of Rs. 2.50 lakhs to the petitioner as cost of the present proceeding within a week from today. The application is disposed of recording the above statement. It is made clear that incase this cost is not paid, the petitioner shall have liberty to revive this application.
