O R D E R

% 30.09.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has instructions to inform the Court that the respondents do not intend to act upon Annexure C (page 85), the advertisement issued for walk-in-interview. It is stated that in view of the time gap, the said advertisement is rendered infructuous. If any further action is taken, it will be taken after due consideration and in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent,

learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, in case need arises. Learned counsel for the petitioners also states that they would be making a representation to the respondents for consideration of their case. 3.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.

However, we clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on merits. We also clarify that we have not expressed any opinion how and in what manner the respondents should act.
