% 09.10.2017 It is pointed out by the court that the petition is premised upon a power of attorney, executed after the acquisition is completed. The power of attorney nowhere discloses that the land owners are authorized to collect the compensation. In these circumstances, locus standi of the present petitioner is in question.

Learned counsel for petitioner, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition with further liberty to the land owners, if aggrieved, to file fresh petition in accordance with law.

Liberty granted.

The petition and the application are therefore dismissed as withdrawn.
