The grievance of the petitioner is addressed as, admittedly, the petitioner has been allotted a flat in R.K. Puram: the area of his choice. 2.
Ms Zubeda Begum states that although the petitioner has been allotted the flat in the area of his choice but the flat is not habitable.
3. In view of the above, it is directed that the concerned officers of CPWD shall examine the same and take the necessary steps to carry out any repairs to make the said accommodation habitable.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion as to the requirement of boundary wall and other repairs as suggested by the petitioner. Only the repairs that are considered necessary by the concerned officer of CPWD need to be carried out. The said repairs will be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.

It is also clarified that if the petitioner is entitled to shifting allowance, the same would not be withheld by the respondent.

The petition and pending application are disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
