% 03.01.2017 Respondent nos.4 to 8 have been served and they are present in person with their counsel. They state that they have no grievance regarding the fact that the petitioners have got married out of their own free will and accord. They undertake to the court that they shall not issue any threats or cause any harm to the petitioners. They have also been counselled by the court in this respect.
Respondent no.4 further states that in view of the fact that petitioner no.1 has gone out of her own free will and got married to petitioner no.2 and
that she is a major, he shall not pursue the complaint made vide DD 16A dated 22.09.2016 on the basis of which the FIR No.694/2016 u/s 365 IPC has been registered at PS Khajuri Khas.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by respondent nos.4 to 8, and the undertaking given by them, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, in case the petitioners still apprehend or receives any threat from respondent nos.4 to 8 or any other person, they shall be at liberty to approach the concerned SHO, who shall look into the same and provide protection to the petitioners as per the threat perceived by them.
