% 12.09.2018 IA No.12288/2018 This is a joint application filed by the plaintiffs and defendants under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC for recording of compromise between the parties. The parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 29.8.2018. The terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement are legal and valid. The application is allowed. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.

CS(COMM) 388/2017 A decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Suit stands disposed of. Plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of 50% of the Court Fees in terms of the Court Fees Act. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
