% 27.09.2016 Issue notice to the respondents. Learned additional standing counsel accepts notice for respondent nos.1 & 2.

Respondent no.4 is present in Court and accepts notice. She is mother of petitioner no.1. She submits that respondent no.3, that is, father of petitioner no.1 has already died. Name of respondent no.3 is deleted from the array of parties. Petitioner no.1 has married petitioner no.2 on her own sweet will and without the consent of her family members. Respondent no.4 submits that she has not threatened the petitioners nor does she have any intention to do so. Learned additional standing counsel submits that there is no threat perception, as neither respondent no.4 nor any of her family member, had extended any threat to

the petitioners, which fact has already been verified by ASI Birender Singh of PS Jamia Nagar. Learned additional standing counsel further submits that mobile numbers of beat staff, Divisional Officer and SHO concerned have also been provided to petitioners, to whom they may contact in case any threat is received by them. It is further submitted that beat constable will also be sensitized to visit the petitioners' house to find out about their safety. In view of the above, petition is disposed of with the directions to SHO, P.S. Jamia Nagar to ensure the safety of petitioners. A.K. PATHAK, J.
