% 18.09.2017 Crl.M.A.15434/2017 (for correction of order dated 5th October, 2016) A perusal of order dated 5th October, 2016 shows that year of registration of FIR has been wrongly mentioned as 2016, instead of 2006. In fact FIR number is 50/2006; whereas in the order it has been typed out as 50/2016. Accordingly, it is ordered that FIR number in the order dated 5th October, 2016 shall be read as FIR No.50/2006, wherever it is mentioned. Application is disposed of.
