Bhaduri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Gautam Das, learned counsel appearing fo respondent no.3 on instructions from their respective clients who are present in the Court states, petitioner and respondent no.3 shall approach the Corporation for mutation of the property being B-100, Kalkaji, New Delhi as directed by the Corporation in the impugned communication dated January 16, 2017. Noting the submission made by counsel for the parties, if the petitioner and respondent no.3 approaches the Corporation, the Corporation

shall decide the issue of mutation within two months in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of.
