2. It is stated that the assessment orders have already been passed in this writ petition. The refund order, together with interest accrued thereon, be passed within two weeks and the refund amount, together with interest payable thereon, will be deposited into the Petitioner's account directly by the Respondent Department one week thereafter. If there is any non-compliance with this order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
