% 05.05.2017 Today, learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2-Land and Building Department, has handed over a photocopy of the letter dated 06th April, 2017 written by her client to the Commissioner (Land Disposal), DDA, whereby the recommendation issued by SDM (HQ-III) has been enclosed. Photocopy of the said documents are taken on record. Learned counsel for respondent-DDA admits that her client has received on 20th April, 2017 a recommendation for allotment of the
alternative commercial plot for establishment of Cinema Hall as per MPD 2021 in West Zone at pre-determined rate in terms of paras 3 and 7 of the Circular in petitioner's favour. She states that the said recommendation shall be processed within a period of four months. The statement made by learned counsel for respondent-DDA is accepted by this Court and respondent-DDA is held bound by the same. In view thereof, present contempt petition is closed.
