O R D E R

% 14.09.2017 The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.PC for seeking Anticipatory Bail in case FIR No. 255/2017 under Section 308/34 IPC registered at Police Station - Mehrauli.

Status report has been filed as per which final opinion on the MLC was also taken from AIIMS Trauma and the opinion given was as "Simple Blunt". Investigating Officer, who is present in Court submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Heard.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner be admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest he be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the BAIL APPLN. 969/2017

sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO concerned subject to the following conditions:

1.

That the petitioner/Akash shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of NCR.

2.

That the petitioner/Akash shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement and shall not extend threat to the complainant or any other person acquainted with the facts of the case. 3.

The petitioner/Akash shall join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
