% 16.12.2016 In pursuance to the last order, Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel enters appearance for respondents. On instruction of respondent No.1, who is personally present in Court, he states that though the visitation right could not be provided to the petitioner in the past for reasons beyond her control, yet the respondent No.1 is willing to comply the order dated 22nd August, 2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court. Respondent No.1 also assures this Court that on a weekend once a month, petitioner shall be allowed to interact with the child for three hours at her father's residence B12, Ram Bagh, Rampur, Haldwani, Uttarakahand. She only prays for some adjustment as she is posted at Bageshwar as a Doctor by the State of

Uttarakhand.

Petitioner, who appears in person, states that he has no objection to adjusting the date or time of the meeting.

In view of the aforesaid consensual understanding, present contempt petition is closed.
