O R D E R

% 25.05.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be treated as a representation to the respondents for consideration of the case of the petitioner for grant of disability pension. We accept the said prayer and call upon the respondents to pass a speaking and a reasoned order, treating the present writ petition as a representation. Petitioner is also permitted to make a supplementary representation within fifteen days. We hope and trust that the respondent authorities will examine the case and the prayer of the petitioner and pass a speaking and reasoned order within a period of ten weeks from today. The said order would be also communicated to the petitioner.

The petitioner would be thereafter at liberty, if required, to challenge

the said order and make his prayer and claim in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of, recording the aforesaid. DASTI.
