As per office noting, matter is fixed for purpose of valuation report from the revenue department as due to non-filing of the same decree sheet could not be prepared.

However, as per the documents in the pleading part, a valuation report in respect of the property that is Flat No. 614, Ashoka Estate, 24, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi dated 19.09.2019, filed by Collector of Stamps/SDM Chanakya Puri is already on record. Put up for filing valuation report qua the remaining properties by the concerned SDM on or before next date of hearing i.e. 20.03.2024. Let notice be issued accordingly to both the parties as well as the concerned SDM(s).
