% 01.07.2015 CM No. 11255/2015 (for extension of time) The application is filed on behalf of the respondents, under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking extension of time for compliance of the order dated 21.04.2015. By that order, the Court directed the insertion of a note in the rules of DoPT. The respondents additionally have contended that the amendment to the rules would be prospective. This too was taken due note of by the Court in the final order dated 21.04.2015. In any event, no case for extension of time is made out.

Application is hereby dismissed.
