CRL.M.C. 3632/2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 1443/2015, under Section 354/509/506 IPC, registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that all the disputes and differences have been sorted out/settled between the petitioner and the respondent

No.2/complainant and nothing remains to be adjudicated upon. The respondent No.2/complainant Smt. Sonia Rani is also present in Court. She is identified by the IO ASI Veer Pal Singh. Respondent No.2/complainant confirms that she has amicably settled the matter with the petitioner and states that she has got no objection if the FIR No. 1143/2015 in question is quashed against the petitioner. The settlement/compromise deed dated 24.09.2016 entered into between the parties is placed on record. In view of the aforesaid, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings under Section 354/509/506 IPC. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to settle in life, FIR No. 1143/2015, under Section 354/509/506 IPC registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
