By way of this application, petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to comply the order dated 24th August, 2015 and the Commissioner of Police, Delhi be directed to assign the enquiry to ACP, Headquarter, Delhi.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner since morning despite passover.

Mr.Sanjay Lao, A.S.C. for the State informed that direction given by the Court has already been complied with as the enquiry was conducted by the concerned ACP, Headquarter, Delhi. Copy of the enquiry report has also been annexed by the State.

In view of this no further direction is required to be passed by this Court.

The application is dismissed.
