% 04.10.2016 It is the case of the petitioner that respondent no.2 cannot be appointed as the Vice-Principal of the school since, the said respondent does not possess the prescribed minimum qualifications. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent no.1 is directed to treat this petition as a representation. Respondent no.1 shall accord a hearing to the parties on such dates as may be convenient. The representation shall be disposed off with a speaking order within six weeks from today.

The petition is disposed off in the above terms. It is made clear, the Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of the case.
