The present application has been filed by Shri Rakesh Jain, who claims to be a tenant on the second floor of the property bearing No.C-7, Shivaji Park, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi under the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.4, praying inter alia for directions to the appellant and the respondent No.4(i) to remove the wall constructed by them over the staircase, thus obstructing his ingress and egress. 2.

It may be noted that the applicant is not a party in the present appeal, which was disposed of on 23.11.2015 by virtue of a consent order. No such application filed by a third party in a disposed of appeal can be entertained by this Court.

The application is disposed of with liberty granted to the applicant to seek his remedies against the appellant and the respondent No.4, as may be available to him in law.
