The petitioner assails an order dated 09.8.2018, passed by the respondents/CISF transferring her from the 5th Reserve Btn. Ghaziabad to the Central Govt. Building Security, Delhi.

Having perused the grounds taken in the present petition to assail the Transfer Order dated 09.8.2018, we are not inclined to issue notice and are of the opinion that the present petition ought to be dismissed in limine. 3.

At this stage, Mr. Dahiya, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to represent to the respondents as and when she is eligible for a Home Sector posting.
