CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 29.01.2018 By this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has assailed the order dated 5th May, 2017 passed by the Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, whereby the application of the respondent for extension of time to clear the arrears has been allowed. Respondent was afforded opportunity to clear the arrears in nine equal monthly installments from the month of May, 2017. The arrears were to the tune of `14,88,000/- after adjusting the amount of `3,00,000/- having been paid, in terms of the order dated 23rd January, 2017. Respondent was already granted six months time, vide order dated 23rd January, 2017. Respondent prayed for additional time to clear the
arrears. Accordingly, respondent was permitted to clear the arrears in nine equal monthly installments. I do not find any ground to interfere with the order, whereby the respondent was afforded opportunity to pay the arrears of huge amount of about `15,00,000/- in installments. Petition is dismissed.
Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Trial court record be sent back. A.K. PATHAK, J.
