% 22.09.2016 CS(OS) 3962/2014 Case file taken up today pursuant to order dated 16.09.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 31.08.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge (East), KKD Courts, Delhi, wherein it is mentioned that the present matter does not fall within the jurisdiction of this Court.

The address of defendant falls in the area of Jagriti Enclave, Delhi-110092 and on checking from Delhi Govt. Website, it is found that the area of Jagriti Nagar falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Accordingly the ministerial order dated 16.07.2016 for transfer of the present matter to East District, Karkardooma Courts, is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
