% 26.10.2018 CM No. 31958/2018 This is an application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC seeking impleadment. Mr. Mukesh Gupta, learned counsel for the SDMC submits that he does not admit any of the averments made in the application and further submits that the applicants are not regular street vendors. Heard. Subject to all just exceptions, the application is allowed. Amended memo of parties be filed.

W.P.(C) 4709/2017 Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the fact that Town Vending Committee (TVC) has

now been constituted, he would urge all the grounds as raised in the present writ petition, before the TVC and seek appropriate directions. Writ petition and the pending application stand disposed of accordingly.
