1. This is a writ petition filed by the Petitioner seeking refund from the Respondent.

2. Notice. Mr Anuj Aggarwal, learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that Form-9 has already been produced enclosing therewith copy of the 'C' Form.

4. In any event, not later than one week from today, VATO will inform the Petitioner about the documents he should produce. The Petitioner will W.P.(C) 4921/2017

appear before the VATO within one week thereafter and in any event not later than 12th June, 2017. After verifying the documents, the VATO will pass the necessary refund order within 2 weeks thereafter and in any event not later than 30th June, 2017. The refund amount together with interest due thereon shall be paid directly to the Petitioner's account not later than two weeks thereafter.

5. If there is any non-compliance with the above directions, it will open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies.

6. The petition is disposed of.
