This petition by way of Public Interest Litigation has been filed raising certain issues with regard to maintaining Christian Cemetery situated at Jangpura B Bhogal, New Delhi - 110014 (Khasara No.633-634 Aliganj Estate). It is alleged that in spite of repeated representations, the respondents failed to consider the grievances of the members of Christian Community. 2.
Having heard the learned counsel for both the parties, we consider it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.2/DDA to consider the issues raised by the petitioner treating this petition as a representation and take an appropriate decision in accordance with the law. Such W.P.(C) 11889/2016
decision shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of three mont hs from today.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
