Both the learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably resolved and settled between the parties. Learned counsel for the parties has handed over a Memorandum of Settlement dated 18.04.2018 which is taken on record.

The respondent management has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.80,000/- to the petitioner in full and final settlement of his all claims against the respondent. It is also agreed that the respondent shall cooperate with the petitioner in withdrawing his PF claims with the concerned authorities.

Pursuant to the settlement, today learned counsel for the respondent Sh. S.C. Verma has handed over a cheque of Rs.80,000/- to the petitioner through his counsel.

In the circumstances, the petition along with application being & CM APPL. No.21720/2017 is disposed of.
