The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.110/2015 registered under Sections 395/397 IPC & Sections 25/27 Arms Act at PS Lahori Gate. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2015. Material prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Learned APP was specifically asked if any of the material prosecution witness has identified the petitioner in his Court statement. The response to it is in the negative.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that in cases referred in the status report showing his involvement in the crime, the petitioner has either been discharged or acquitted. BAIL APPLN. 2011/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
