CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 25.01.2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole to make adequate arrangements for the ailing mother who is suffering from breast cancer and to re-establish social ties.

A status report has been handed-over which is taken on record. As per the status report the mother of the petitioner passed away 20-22 years back and at the address given by the petitioner, petitioner's paternal aunt along with her husband and two children is residing. Considering the fact that the very basis on which the petitioner is seeking parole i.e. ailment of mother is incorrect, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

W.P.(CRL) 2634/2018

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Mandoli Jail.
