BAIL APPLN. 988/2017 & Crl.M.B. 1010/2017 The learned additional public prosecutor fairly concedes that the case against Nishu @ Sachinder is similarly placed as in respect of other accused person they being Uma Devi, Neelam and Maimo @ Meenu who were admitted to anticipatory bail by orders dated 8.5.2017 and 19.5.2017 on bail application Nos. 849/2017, 929/2017 and 930/2017. In this view, this application is allowed. It is directed that event of he being arrested in case FIR No.89/2017 under Sections 308/34 IPC police station Karawal Nagar, the petitioner Nisha @ Sachinder shall be released on bail on he furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that he shall continue cooperating with the investigation and join BAIL APPLN. 988/2017

the same as and when called upon to do so and shall not come in contact with or try to influence any of the witnesses connected to the case. It is made clear that this order will inure only till the date of first appearance of the petitioner in the event of a charge-sheet being filed on conclusion of the investigation and process being issued against him by the court of cognizance.
