% 13.03.2018 It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the OL that the respondent company has been ordered to be wound up by this court in connected Co.Pet. No.987/2015 on 18.01.2018. In that matter, the OL has already been directed to take over all the assets, books of accounts and

records of the respondent-company and citation has been ordered to be published. Hence, nothing further survives in these company petitions. The petitioners are at liberty to file their statements of claim before the OL within six weeks in the prescribed format as per law with supporting documents.

The petitions stand disposed of.
