Though the defence of the defendants in this suit has been struck off and the counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff has led its evidence but the counsel for the plaintiff is still not ready to argue and seeks adjournment.

The senior counsel for the defendants whose defence has been struck off states that the suit claim is barred by time and beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and the plaintiff has also not proved its case. 3.
